I remember the first time I spritzed this fragrance—it was December 2022, and I had just gotten my hands on the very first Niche Parfums discovery set.This one instantly stood out on one special rainy day. But I felt like it was a tad bit too grown (I was 26 then) for me! I have been rocking it for a week now, and I really should have gotten it sooner! For a fragrance that was one of my first Niche Parfums finds, this one is going to hold a special place in my rotation. It’s grown-man vibes, but it doesn’t feel out of reach for someone in their 20s like me. It’s perfect for any occasion—day or night—and I’ve never had a day where it didn’t feel right!

A definite 11/10, cologne is a neck breaker. Compliments left right and centre, one lady told me I smell like something she could eat. Above all else, well done to Niche this fragrance is one for the books. Also, thank you for the mini colognes.

I been wearing Therapeutic Effect for the past couple of days now, and it has quickly become one of my go-to fragrances. The longevity is incredible after just a few sprays in the morning, the scent easily lasts through the entire day without needing to reapply. I can still catch subtle whiffs of it well into the evening, which is rare for most colognes. -The top notes hit with a fresh burst of citrus and spice, but what I love most is how it dries down into a deep, rich base of Turkish rose, Bulgarian rose, Damask rose essence, pink pepper. patchouli, raspberry, and white musk. The fragrance evolves beautifully over time, never losing its complexity. It strikes a perfect balance between being noticeable and not overpowering, leaving a lasting impression without feeling overwhelming. - Whether I’m at the office or heading out for a night, I feel confident knowing this cologne will last, and I often get compliments even after several hours of wear. If you’re looking for a fragrance that stays with you from day to night, Therapeutic Effect is an excellent choice!
